Our experienced veterinarian can assist with nearly all aspects of your pet’s health and will ensure your pet’s well-being. At Kuonola, we offer direct reimbursement services with LähiTapiola and Pohjola Insurance. This means you only pay the deductible portion of the veterinary costs at the clinic, and your insurance company pays the reimbursable amount directly to the veterinary clinic.

Please remember to bring your pet’s insurance number with you for the direct reimbursement service.

LähiTapiola’s direct reimbursement service is available on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (note the summer opening hours from June 1st to August 31st, 2025: weekdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM). OP Pohjola’s direct reimbursement service is available on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. During evenings and weekends, insurance claims can be submitted via the standard claim process.
